With the primary season over and the Orange County Young Republicans free to endorse candidates, only Republicans of course, the club has scheduled weekly walks for local candidates. The first candidate is Daniel Webster, the man who led Florida Republicans back from the wilderness in the mid-1990 and is challenging Rep. Alan Grayson in Congressional District 8.
Here are the details:
The OCYRs will be joining the usual Webster walkers on Saturday, September 18th, meeting at Orlando Baptist Church (500 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando 32807) at 9:30am. We will be walking from 9:30-12:30 and meeting back at the church for lunch. Later, there will be afternoon walks as well.
